DESCRIPTION OF PRACTICE

Michael specializes in complex commercial litigation, with particular emphasis in consumer finance, insurance fraud and class action litigation matters at the trial and appellate levels. Michael is licensed to practice in the state courts of Alabama, the federal district courts in Alabama and the federal circuit court of appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.

PERSONAL

Born September 22, 1972, Greenville, South Carolina.

While at UNC-Chapel Hill, Michael was a letterman on the varsity football team and a two-time member of the Atlantic Coast Conference's Honor Roll of Athletic and Academic Excellence.

Since 1997, Michael has coached youth football for third and fourth graders. Michael also currently serves on the Alabama State Bar Young Lawyers Executive Committee.
