Ms. Dixon's practice consists of commercial litigation, consumer finance and bankruptcy. Her practice focuses primarly on representing entities in the status of a creditor. Ms. Dixon's commercial litigation practice in state and federal courts consists of defense of lender liablity claims, contract disputes, writ of seizures, and the collection of sizable obligations. In bankruptcy court, Ms. Dixon's commerical litigation practice ranges from defense of preference and fradulent transfer actions, cash collateral disputes, relief from stay disputes, collateral valuation disputes, and plan confirmation disputes. Ms. Dixon has extensive experience in negotiating and documenting "workout" arrangements. She is also experienced in foreclosures and Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code.
