DESCRIPTION OF PRACTICE

Wilson began his legal career as law clerk to the Hon. Robert B. Propst, United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama, for the 1994-95 term. He then joined the law firm of Sirote and Permutt, PC in Birmingham, where he became partner in 1998. He was a partner at Burr & Forman LLP until November of 2004, when he formed Battle Fleenor Green Winn & Clemmer LLP. Wilson's practice has been primarily in the area complex business litigation and class actions, including antitrust. Since 2000, he has been an Adjunct Professor at the University of Alabama School of Law, where he teaches Class Actions, Complex Litigation, Damages and Arbitration.
